Miyuki Oka is an artist and researcher whose work is grounded in an interest in objects, places, events, information, and the forces and powers that operate between them. She works through operations such as collection, organization, substitution, relocation, juxtaposition, and indexing to create installations, moving images, and social interventions. In recent years, she has engaged in research projects with specialists, moving between analysis and practice.
