Google Maps may be clever, but in reality, I forgot something somewhere or took the wrong road, the transport company is on strike or passengers are in trouble, the weather is bad or the vehicle hits wildlife, and the waiting time associated with travel continues to occur even in the year 2024.
In this work, footage shot by the artist with a smartphone while waiting for a train at various stations is played in a space that looks like a station platform or a theatre stage. The footage transitions to footage of another station just before the train arrives at the station. The place exists as an eternal waiting time.
